Collections

A Collection is a named group of screenshots you want to keep together permanently — a release snapshot, a set of before/after examples, evidence for a bug report. Captures in a collection are never deleted by your plan's normal retention cleanup, for as long as the collection exists.

Creating a collection

Give it a name (and optional notes). It starts empty — there's currently no way to create one pre-filled from a scan or capture job's results.

Adding captures

From the collection's page, use the picker to add captures one at a time from your project's capture history. There's no bulk "add all results from this job" shortcut yet — if you want to save a whole job's worth of captures, add them individually from history.

Locking

Locking a collection prevents adding or removing captures — useful once a collection represents a finalized snapshot you don't want accidentally changed. A few things locking does not prevent:

• Renaming it or editing its notes.
• Unlocking it again (always allowed).
• Trashing the whole collection.
• Retrying any captures in it that failed.

Trashing and deleting

Trashing a collection is reversible — restore it from the Trash view. A trashed collection is permanently deleted automatically after 30 days, but this only removes the collection itself; the underlying screenshots are untouched (they'll follow your plan's normal retention rules from that point on, since they're no longer protected by collection membership).

You can't delete an individual capture directly while it belongs to an active (non-trashed) collection — remove it from the collection first, or trash the collection.

Downloading

Download every completed capture in a collection as a zip. Captures still in progress or that failed aren't included.
